1. About the site

The site is run by Bun de Casa (contact details are at the end of this page). Here we publish recipes, blog posts and events, and take orders for home-made products.

2. Recipes and content

Recipes and tips are shared for information, the way we cook them at home. Results can vary with ingredients, equipment and experience. Check the ingredients if you, or the people you cook for, have allergies or dietary restrictions, and follow good food hygiene and storage practice.

The texts, photos and videos on the site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may use them to cook at home and share links to them. You may not republish them, copy them to other websites or use them commercially without our written permission.

3. Shop orders

• An order placed on the site is a request. It becomes binding once we confirm it, usually by phone or email.
• The price is the one shown when you place the order, in the currency indicated. Payment is not made on the site: the payment method and, where relevant, delivery are agreed when we confirm.
• Preparation times and the earliest available date are estimates. If we cannot meet the date you chose, we let you know as soon as possible and find a solution together.
• You can cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it. The products are perishable and made especially for you, so once we have started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to these products.
• Ready-made products listed under "Ready now" are reserved on a first-come basis: the first person to reserve gets the product.
• If something is wrong with a product, tell us on the day you receive it, so we can check and put it right.

4. Allergies

Our kitchen uses common allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs and nuts. We take into account the allergies you tell us about when ordering, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. If your allergy is severe, talk to us before ordering so we can discuss whether the product is right for you.

5. Events

Signing up reserves your place while places are available. If you can no longer come, let us know so we can offer the place to someone else. We may change or cancel an event for objective reasons; if so, we tell you by email or phone.

6. Newsletter

By subscribing you receive emails about new recipes, posts and events. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email or by writing to us.

7. Using the site fairly

Please do not place fake orders or sign-ups, use someone else's details, try to access the admin panel or other customers' data, or flood the site with automated requests. We may refuse orders or sign-ups that break these rules.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but mistakes can happen. We are not responsible for how the published recipes and tips are used. Links and videos from other websites (for example YouTube) are the responsibility of those who run them.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Personal data

How we use your data is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the date above. Orders already placed are covered by the terms in force when they were placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. If a disagreement arises, please write to us first so we can settle it amicably. As a consumer, you may also turn to the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance or to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
